Works pretty good, but it does hangup

This app works pretty good, but it did not work the first time I tried. The first time I got a Paypal confirmation that I authorized payment but the app hung up and said it could to process the payment from paypal. I tied it one more time and the second time it worked and I got an email from them saying it was completed. Then a few minute later I got one again…so it looks like it did it twice and I got charged twice. I am sending an emial to them to get a credit as it did not need to be sent twice.
